Funding for Private Duty Nursing, CNAs, & Companions

At the Leathia D. Moore Foundation, we know the struggles that many families face when it comes to home health care. Insurance covers many options but often there are copays and other out-of-pocket expenses related to home health services that families cannot absorb. Through an application process, we seek to alleviate the stress and anxiety of providing care to loved ones by funding respite services to qualified applicants.
